Peder Duke was was born in Stockholm in 1938. His path was focused on becoming an artist and he trained at the Academy of Arts as one of the youngest of all time. Duke quickly found his style and transformed what he saw into lines and shapes with strong bright colors. He developed this imagery during his working life into a perfect game between light, movement and rhythm. He took impressions from his contemporary fashion, design, modern architecture and technology to create these "geometric balance acts".
